Gun group considered moving after school shooting The National Shooting Sports Foundation considered moving its headquarters out of Newtown, Conn., after last year's mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, which is in the same community, the head of the organization recently told the Associated Press. NSSF is the association representing gun manufacturers and retailers. In an interview, CEO Steve Sanetti said a handful of the association's nearly 50 employees were approached by angry neighbors in the wake of the shooting, which left 20 children and six school staff members dead.
